in 1972,which had been for more than 30 years.
The company was one of the first enterprises authorized
the right of self-handling import and export business
in Zhejiang province, and, to date, it is still
the only exporting base of spring washer in domestic.

innovation, the company cooperated with TOKUHATSU
Corporation Japan in 1990's of 20th
century by introducing their technology and equipment,
which has brought technology revolution to the
spring washer industry in China. In the area of
products creation, the company cooperated with
Nissei Seiko Co., Ltd. Japan in 2002, who is specialized
in manufacturing high-strength bolts. The Sino-Japan
two competent parties jointly manufactured series
of high-strength hex bolts in grades of 8.8,10.9
and 12.9. Hangzhou Spring Washer Co., Ltd. has
invested more than 40 million RMB in comprehensively
introducing the technology of forming, forging,
heat-treatment, designing, molding and quality
management from NISSEI. Most staffs of the company
were sent to Japan for training and the Japanese
experts also came to the company to give technical
instructions. Now the company has become one of
the important manufactures of high-strength bolts
in China for its high quality.
The company has always been paying keen attention
to the quality control, and learning the advanced
quality management ways from abroad. It has established
the complete and scientific quality management
system. From 1987, the spring washers with brand
of "XIANGHU" and "HANGTAN"
are appraised to be superior by Zhejiang province
and the Ministry, to be famous brand products
by Hangzhou municipal government, and the brand
"XIANGHU" was awarded the famous trade
mark. From 1997, as per ISO9000, the company established
the quality management system and gained the certificate.
